Fabron occupies the hills of western Nice, between the sea and the Corniche Fleurie. A resort for wealthy families from the 19th century onwards — the Palais de Marbre now houses the municipal archives — the neighbourhood filled up after the war with 1960s-80s residences with a pool, grounds and a caretaker, which remain the area's hallmark, alongside a few older villas and detached houses on the heights.
The arrival of tramway Line 2, with its Fabron stop, has changed things: the centre and the airport are a quarter of an hour away, without a car. Parc Carol-de-Roumanie, the schools and the padel courts at Ultra Fabron give the neighbourhood a family life the seafront doesn't offer.

In Fabron, the price is made by the residence as much as by the flat: service charges, pool, caretaker, parking and, above all, sea view. Two three-room flats identical on paper can differ by 30% depending on the floor and the aspect.
